Objective
Training Programs
- Identify suitable training formats for entrepreneurs and startups (can be multiple)
- Develop training programs either on our own, with commercial or development partners
- Seek funding for program development and execution from third parties
- Organize ToT with regional associations
- Assist regional associations in their training
- Conduct evaluation of effectiveness of programs
- Identify programs that regional associations have developed on their own and check for suitability to roll out in other regions
Mentorship Programs
- Adapt existing mentorship frameworks to Myanmar context
- Organize ToT with regional associations
- Assist regional associations in their mentorship programs
